It’s also possible that the contractual royalty rates for Waid & Ramos make the threshold of profitability on an Impulse collection higher than other properties.

Impulse actually has been featured on D.C’s Young Justice since June of 2011. In fact he was just in the last episode that just aired on Saturday. So I wouldn’t say he “doesn’t matter.”
