There's plenty to discuss in the books he mentioned (Saga, TWD, Boys), and there's plenty to discuss in other books if you like those books (the Avengers titles, the Bat titles, etc.). But you're right that the speed of the internet, combined with increasingly shorter pieces and attention spans, pretty much bulldozes it. It’s a here-and-gone problem.
