I am surprised that Milestone and DC Comics didn't made a live action movie. I just hope whatever the problem that stop DC using Static Shock will clear up real soon. I think Scott is talking about that, "contractual" issues rather than legal ones. As in DC, doesn't want to pay more than they have to.
