		<description>I have to question whether there&#039;s really that strong a plan in place even for the core titles.  After all, this was the solicitation for Justice League #11:

• Batman, Cyborg and Aquaman battle Element Woman!

Element Woman hasn&#039;t even appeared in the current arc.  And let&#039;s not even get into the full JL lineup pic released at Comic-Con last year, which shows no signs of materializing in the book anytime soon.</description>

		<description>I get the feeling that everyone at the top has a large scale conceptualization of where the DCU should be headed.  It is clear there is a plan in place for MOST of the core franchises/titles.  When it comes to secondary and third tier titles, it seems like individuals do not know what to do with the titles/characters.  This has created a situation in which individuals on the titles (editorial and creative) are just interchangeable pieces.  People are throwing stuff to the wall and seeing what sticks.</description>
