Everywhere I go, I see people talk about how it’s not supposed to be a serious Star Wars thing, and how we should embrace it as being in the vein of Robot Chicken or Family Guy.

But have any of you stopped to consider that maybe Robot Chicken and Family Guy…well, aren’t very good?

this proves lucas has a sense of humor that plus taste allowing the creators of robot chicken to make this thing. love the how truthful do you want me to be to jar jar bit. plus scary they made jabba look cute

If only the George Lucas who lets things like this and Vader and Son were the man who made the prequels. Because he is still a fanboy at some level.

Frankly, it’s nice to see him embrace the humor that Robot Chicken and to some extend Family Guy had put out there, but in a better unexplored area of the stories. I do respect George and probably 90% of his work (which probably puts me in the minority), and I have to agree that it seems he’s comfortable with lampooning his previous work.

Ya know, I don’t really like George Lucas and robot chicken has definitely gotten old hat, but I am verrrrry interested in this. sounds like Lucas has a much better sense of humor than he seems. I hope this turns out well
