I have to ask: Is there a way to do a motion comics trailer for a book that doesn’t look kind of embarrassing? (Seriously, watch Wolverine’s arm at 0:46.) Also, I suspect reality might like to dispute the idea that the book is “brought to you by the highest-selling names in graphic novels,” considering The Walking Dead and everything…
The text that Marvel asked to be included with the video follows after the jump:

There are 2 ways you can look at something like this.
First, you could say, “Hey, it’s cool they’re doing videos like this to promote their books and find new ways of advertising and reaching new readers outside of the traditional avenues, even if i wish the quality was a little better.”
Or, you could go the Marvel Troll/simpsons-comic-book-guy/Graeme route, and say “Humph. Wolverine looks stupid. They aren’t the highest selling names in graphic novels, Walking Dead is! I don’t like generalities! Wah! Waaaahh!!!!”
Seriously. Do you ever stop to think about how you sound before you hit “post”?

I would just like to point out how awesome it is that Tyler just suggested that Graeme was behaving like a troll.

So i’m not alone in noticing his trend of negative spinning when it comes to Marvel stuff i guess .
