Marvel may just be teasing it, but Mark Waid confirms that he and Lenil Yu are writing Hulk on Twitter:
He continued, “There’ll be a sense of humor to it here and there…mixed with some startling peril and danger. And Frost Giants.” Sounds like something I’ll want to read, I suspect.
The series launches in November, along with new Iron Man and Thor titles, as part of Marvel NOW!.

As much as I like Waid, I’m holding off till I hear the full rotation of artists they’ll have. Seeing as how the last series artist for Hulk didn’t make it through two full issues and even the announced rotation on Waid’s Dardevil didn’t make it a year, plus Yu’s huge delays in the past, it’s tough to get excited about a book without knowing who is going to be drawing it issue to issue.

Think it will run longer than 15 issues?

I suspect the next story about Mark Waid will be a bit different in tone based on what he is writing on Twitter right now.
In reaction to Newsarama listing Christopher Reeve as the 9th worst comic book performance, which I have to say… really? I just, wow that’s utterly wrong.
@MarkWaid tweeted:
Reeve? Really? Hey, @newsarama, how’s it feel to be the new Wizard Magazine? F’ing idiots. Lose my number. Seriously.
Just dropped @Newsarama from the list of sites I visit, however seldom. Who’s with me?
Not because @Newsarama said one specific stupid thing–because it’s endemic of a “Wizard reincarnated” attitude I won’t stomach.
To be fair, there is one real difference: Wizard blew Marvel, while @Newsarama blows DC.
