What battle? Dark Knight Rises is the conclusion of the most wildly successful super-hero movie series, directed by one of the few visionaries in Hollywood. It would have to stink far beyond Green Lantern and Iron Man 2 and Spider-Man 3 combined to not set all sorts of box office records. Yes, Avengers and Spider-Reboot will do very well. But I think Nolan has put Batman in special place. Battle? What battle? Interesting enough the comments of other movie goers were pretty much in sync with mine, this dark image of Batman has been juiced a bit too much, boring at best.
