I was just going through a box of some old comics last night. I came across and read the Skating on Thin Ice issue for the first time. Not a bad story as far as these things go, but well below Dwayne McDuffie's usual standard. I wonder why they changed the Edmonton Oilers shirt in the recoloring of that McFarlane cover? Hockey does play a central part in the story. Now it just looks weird that he's holding a hockey stick. What a weird coincidence. I was just going through a box of some old comics last night.
