Remember I mentioned, way back when, that “The Fight Before Christmas” was a popular comic book festive title? This is a man, remember, who once had the Flash help Joey and Maria, a pregnant couple, find a place to stay on Christmas Eve with the help of a bright star in the sky – and a man who, as you can see from the above cover to JLA #60 by Cliff Rathburn and Paul Neary, has no problem with Santa Claus joining the Justice League. To make matters even more awesome? The story inside this comic – which you really, really should track down, by the way – has the wonderful title of “Merry Christmas, Justice League – Now Die!”
