Oh, the yuletide time is most definitely here again, but that doesn’t mean that crime is taking a holiday. Why, today’s Christmas cover features the biggest heroes of the Marvel Universe all chasing after one particular naughty culprit…Let’s face it: Art Adams draws an awesome Santa. I mean, okay, so he draws an awesome everyone, but just look at that Santa Claus. It’s so great that it took me a few minutes to realize that Captain Ultra appears to be on the cover to this 1993 Marvel Holiday Special, alongside much more familiar faces (including X-Men from back when they were All New and All Different – Was this a reprint book?). Apparently, even Marvel was in the giving mood back then, if it means that Captain Ultra got his day on an Art Adams cover. Ho ho ho indeed.
