We’re in the second week of the month! The holidays haven’t managed to kill us just yet, despite their best attempts (Seriously, I can’t be the only one who’s had a surreally stressful and busy week, right?), so let’s keep barreling along with the Yuletide covers by clicking through to see what festive treat lies in store today!

How weirdly appropriate, that as I complain about this week having been a killer, we get Nick Cardy’s spectacularly unseasonal cover for Forbidden Tales of Dark Mansion #15, the final issue of a series that we can only assume was canceled for failing to take full advantage of a cover tagline promising “A Slay Ride With Santa!” I mean, come on, that’s such a gimme for a great image right there, and Cardy – an artist whom I love and consider insanely underrated, by the way; expect to see him again before the advent calendar is done – chose this image? I sense a generic cover being used before the book was killed, but still: “A Slay Ride With Santa!” How could I not go with this cover?
