Why Sinestro Should Never Think About Surrendering

Courtesy of Geoff Johns’ Twitter, here’s a NSFW look at next year’s Robot Chicken DC Comics Summer Special:

Remember: Geoff Johns is involved, so this is canon*.

Johns is barely a writer, let alone a comedian. I blame him for Robot Chicken’s lackluster showings over the past few years.

Stick to the comic booky thing, Geoff! By now you should have taken the hint that you and Hollywood don’t mix!

  2. T. Says:

Ugh, that was really unfunny. I agree with Paul. I had no idea Johns had worked for Robot Chicken the past few years. I quit a few years back because it became so bad. Now I know why.

  3. Jeff Says:

IMDB credits Geoff Johns as a writer for only 5 episodes between 2008 and 2009, as does robotchicken.wikia.com. Wikipedia says he contributed material to the fourth season (season 5 is airing now). I can’t find anything suggesting he has any involvement in the show “over the past few years” beyond that (and the obvious clip above).

  4. Sam Says:

I guys not even know about what your are complaining. That’s ridiculous.

  5. Paul Says:

But we DO have an understanding of the english language, so we’re one up on you.

  6. Matt Says:

Of course it’s Johns. Dismemberment, bloodshed, unsatisfying on every level. Thanks, Geoff.

I’m more convinced than ever that Geoff Johns is what Sid from Toy Story grew up to be.

  7. Peter Says:

I don’t see a difference between this and the usual gory schlock Robot Chicken does. Explain to me why Johns being involved with this episode makes this any more unfunny that most any other episode of Robot Chicken? Or is this fan blinders again?
