Wonderful points altogether, you just won a logo new reader. What may you suggest about your publish that you simply made some days in the past? Any certain?

In light of Powergirl's new design you should do an article on her.

DAN WHEELER: Tim is completely aware that the Golden Age and Silver Age GL are two different people. He's familiar with Alan Scott from his own childhood of reading comics and he had a passing familiarity with Hal Jordan even before Jennifer and I spent about five minutes explaining the character's different back story and atmosphere before we continued our fashion discussion (part of that conversation is what you hear in the video).

JOE: Tim actually insists on knowing the back stories and details of the characters so he can have a better informed opinion and because he simply enjoys learning what changes have happened to comics since he last was reading them. And after having done multiple videos with him, I can say he's never been hesitant to share an opinion on video (just look at his own show and all the seasons of Project Runway), so what you heard him say about Alan Scott is exactly what he thought. We filmed this a couple of months ago, before the DCnU looks were released. We might take a look at them together after he's done with this season of Project Runway.

Nice video.

I would rather he do more of the talking. And he doesn't need to know the intricacies of the characters. So need for lengthy explanations on the host's part.

At the start, he seemed hesitant, and he was pulling his punches. You know he could have been snarkier with Alan Scott's horrendously garish costume.

His suggested fix for Hal's costume is actually what they did with the animated movies. No white gloves.

I love his feedback for Guy Gardner! THAT'S Tim Gunn.

I hope they get him to do more of these. (and yes, maybe he could have done a feature on the DCNU comparing old and new looks)

Oh Tim Gunn, how I adore that man! He's so nice and suave!

You guys should have gotten Tim Gunn to look over the costumes for the DCU Reboot. I would love to hear his opinions on the various new costume designs of the JLA, Teen Titans and assorted other characters.

This is just fantastic -- Tim Gunn is a genius and a fantastic communicator. He's the ONLY reason our family has the DVR set for Project Runway (it's the only reality show we watch). And Mr. Q was right - his insight on superheroes is spot-on and fun. Great, great video.

I just finished watching the Green Lantern videos with Tim Gunn plus two older clips of him reviewing Robin, Power Girl, Black Canary, Spider-Man, and a few others. Tim's views on the Hulk and his nail on the head quip on Guy Gardner had me laughing out loud. I wish there were more videos like this with you and Tim, they are very insightful and fun to watch. The two of you definitely hit the high points of what works with these characters and what doesn't (electric Superman being one of them). I would like to see you and Tim return and discuss the revamped costumes for DCnU. I'm pretty sure a lot of them will not be receiving glowing reviews. ^^;

One sure fire way to get me to watch a video is include the names Green Lantern and Tim Gunn! He took one look at Guy and said he was a jerk. Guess the costume works.
