i've seen Thor and it's really a nice movie. i'm glad to know that Joss Whedon directed "the post-credits scene" though many people wouldn't notice it. he has a lot of good works and i'm looking forward for his upcoming "The Avengers"

That is a horrible picture of Joss Wheldon. He looks like The Leader and should be green and battling the Hulk. That is a huge forehead.

I am pumped for this. I do not suspect Branagh quality will be had in set presentation. I do think we will get some awesome character development though. That has always been a strong point with Whedon when he is allowed to do his thang. He also know how to target what audiences want. I, for example, hate his Buffy show. I enjoyed the hell out of Firefly and Angel though. Dollhouse was okay but I wish he did not have to change the way the show was supposed to go. I really hope they let him punch out the script here and be the deciding final word.

I don't know. I really liked the post-credits sequence. The Cosmic Cube (which should be factoring heavily into Cap's film as well) and the reveal that Loki was controlling the professor were nice little hints as to what's to come.

Made me more excited for AVENGERS, anyway.

That would explain how flat the post-credit sequence felt, with its very different rhythm and angling than the main film. It doesn't bode well for the Avengers film, unfortunately, if Whedon bringing his TV-directing game to the movie...
