From the select volumes I've seen, this seems like a series that could do quite well in a serial format. The only hope is that the writing on the show is a strong as it is for the books. I'm curious to see if there'll be as much varied use for keys, and that they're not just limited to special effects. Hopefully, this'll be a series I can introduce my mother to watch!
