This is the second article in a row from Newsarama telling us to watch this show without telling us what time it’s on. That’s kind of important if you’d like us to actually watch it. The previous article didn’t even mention it was on Cartoon Network. Basic journalism, guys, help us out.

Marvel’s been doing a great job with their animated fare (me likey Avengers!) but DC with YJ is still showing why they’re ahead in the game.
This episode with Bane, for me, hit just the right notes!!
What a great, great time for superhero cartoons!

Its goth bane? yeah this sucked. But people out there liked it. I would like to meet this people. They are probably homeless, living on the streets.

Artemis’ origin and possible reason for joining the team makes sense now, given that Sportsmaster is her father.

The stylized animation I guess I can live with. I just wish they’d stop making the technology and the interiors look so unreal. I’m sure it’s a good show, though.

This show has been a huge disappointment. Every character doesn’t seem much like themselves. All the members seem to be expressing super negative attitudes for the most part.
Superboy is brooding and seems almost resentful. Robin comes off as immature, disrespectful of the others, and a loose cannon (I actually like the laugh thing though, it’s a bit Shadow-like). Kid Flash is a bit like himself, but heavily immature and even a little creepy with Miss Martian. Miss Martian comes off as having very little confidence and perhaps unintelligent as well. Aqualad seems to be a bit decent, but totally alien and aloof at the same time. Speedy is just a jerk.
All these guys seem opposite their typical personalities and it seems the cartoon only wants to show off teen angst and selfishness.
Young Justice was a super fun comic book and the kids were great friends and even seemed to become a family (including Red Tornado) as the series progressed. This version has sucked the joy out of these characters and shows what should be exceptional young people as spoiled, thoughtless, bickering brats.
Very disappointed overall.
