I love the series. Still HATE the new costume. I want the old one back.

I can’t see this “New” Wonder Woman concept lasting longer than an additional 6 issues…same for that awful costume.

I bought the 600th issue and will pick this one up purely for DC Logo Month.
Will I continue with 607 onwards? Only if I like 606….

While I’m still not thrilled by how headache inducing Wonder Woman’s altered continuity is in regards to the greater DCU, I do have to admit the story itself is still very intriguing. But I still hope that they eventually get her back to normal, because I miss her being the “Spirit of Truth” as opposed to a “Urban Street Fighter”.
As for the costume, Honestly, I still don’t like it. Its not a terrible costume idea, but its just not Wonder Woman. But I will say, the only thing I TRULY hate about it are those shoulder/arm band-things because they look so clunky and awkward on her when she’s not wearing a jacket.

You do understand that this takes place in an altered time-line and really wasn’t meant to last beyond the 12-issue arc, right ? LOL

If the new TV series could be oh so great like this. I mean that in the most non-condescending way of course.

I dropped this title. The story is only okay, the art is cool. That costume HAS TO GO! Go back to the classic. I love Jim Lee’s art but no woman wears that kind of jacket these days, Wonder or not. Unless she’s a WWE Diva or a porn starlet.
I understand some people wanting a more logical/practical costume. And there’re all the jokes about her possibly flopping out of what is essentially a swimsuit, but IT’S A COMIC BOOK! Not like we’re going to actually see her flopping out of her top (we’ll leave that to all the horn-dog fan artists who wish to do so).
Have a really bad feeling that the new tv show will go this route or something like it. Wonder Woman needs to be on the big screen, not the tv screen. Yeah I watched the old Lynda Carter show and loved it. So yeah, a tv show can be done. But it’s way past time we got Diana on the movie screen like the other two of the DC Trinity, Superman and Batman. We all want that more, in my opinion, no matter if the Warner executives think it’s not a viable property for the big screen. They don’t know that for sure. There are legions of Wonder Woman fans: Men, women, little girls, gay men, older, younger. A female led action-adventure movie starring this icon can work on the big screen.
Sorry for being longwinded, but I’m a fan of this character.
I’ll return to the Wonder Woman title after the real deal returns. I loved Straczynski’s Superman Earth One and his run on Thor and his creator owned Midnight Nation. I’m a fan of his. This Wonder Woman run just isn’t for me.

I agree, the TV show sounds like it’s going to, at a bare minimum, take a few cues from this goofy storyline. Heaven help us all! And yes, it’s high time a live action film of Wonder Woman be realized!
