In reality, we have this elegs technology being developed that is giving people some mobility, even if they cannot walk. Why id Barbara Gordon not sporting some of this tech? I know there are not many disabled people represented in comics, but it never sat well with me that she's stuck in a chair. I think by now, with all the tech in the JLA and in the DC universe in general, Oracle should be walking.
