My guess is that Selina is going to be a female Bruce Wayne and be more debonair than dangerous. I do feel that Anne doesn't have the chops to pull off a character as devious as Selina or even as fearless...but at the same time I do trust Nolan because his casting in the past has been so spot on so this all just conflicting for me. It wouldn't surprise me if we see this get picked up in Rises with Bane releasing these people into the city as part of an elaborate plan to cause chaos and weaken Batman.
