It means that Bluewater will be represented by the other APA (Agency for the Performing Arts), according to The Hollywood Reporter’s Heat Vision blog. The post goes on to say that “APA will work with Bluewater to market its graphic novels and comic book material to TV, feature and video game companies. 10th Muse is in development at NBC Universal.”
