I always love a good ole’ trash-talkin’ catfight.

I won’t apologize for my positivity and enthusiasm for this comic. I don’t get paid to comment. I genuinely love it. You have the option to ignore my comments.

Well honestly, I think it is perfectly reasonable that someone can not like this comic for reasons totally unrelated to the fact that it deals with a gay subject matter. I don’t think the two are mutually exclusive, that if you don’t like this comic, then you hate the gays. I also don’t think it’s a comic that everyone will like (as we’ve obviously seen). Different people have different tastes, and it’s ok to not like it. Art and writing are very subjective, and not everyone is going to love the same art and writing. Believe me, as an artist myself, I know some people are going to hate my work – and it’s ok.

I do think there have been people expressing dislike or this comic solely because of its gay subject matter, but I think I’ve gotten that impression because of the way those people have expressed their opinions.

I happen to love it, however.
