Overall I prefer Jurgens on Booster Gold, but Giffen/DeMatteis are always fun to read. Also, I feel like the start of their run has been weighed down a bit by the Generation Lost tie-in.

They seem naive to disregard continuity, at least insofar as booster seemed to change character slightly. It just seemed that from johns to jurgens there was a plan. I couldn't see it continue in any form, which can be fine, but I liked it too much i suppose. Shortly after the change I dropped it, but I do like The two guys when reading other things.

Russ,
I missed Jurgens' first run with Booster but the JLI series introduced me to him and I liked the character and his interactions with Blue Beetle. I like the Jurgens/Johns recent take much better. I never thought that I'd consider dropping any book by Keith Giffen and J.M. DeMatteis but it crossed my mind before they took over. I'm not disappointed with what they've done but still prefer Dan Jurgens on the book.
