And, well, it looks pretty much exactly how you’d hope an animated film version of The Goon to look like — basically a moving, talking version of Eric Powell’s creation — and Paul Giamatti as Frankie sounds great. A fuller teaser is unveiled this Friday at Comic-Con International in San Diego.

Still no targeted release date for the David Fincher-produced film, but we’ll probably know more after the panel. Let us know what you think of the footage in the comments.
