It’s part of the series of homage covers using classic comics with modern takes that DC is doing for its 75th anniversary. My guess.

Robot 6 beat you to the punch, guys… It’s an alt-universe cover that will be featured in tonight’s season finale of (the excellent) Fringe. Looking forward to it! I hope John Noble will get an Emmy nod this year.
