Lobo's just not an interesting character and I don't see it as a good film either. I never understood how the character could be a reasonable match for Supes (as the picture above suggests). Let's see how the GL movie turns out, and then look to other more bankable properties (Flash? Wonder Woman? a true Superman reboot?) before moving on to characters like Lobo. I also agree with D. Peace about Sherlock Holmes. It was very entertaining, and while liberties were taken it was actually more true to Doyle's books than people might realize. I thought it was a fun ride, even though I know I missed a lot due to the film's rapid pace, and I look forward to seeing Holmes match wits with Moriarty in the sequel.
