Couldn’t we put together some sort of similar program for HERO Initiative for older comics? I have several boxes of comics that I am happy to release into the wild. A couple of years ago I tried the cliche route of donating to a children’s hospital… but every one I contacted refused.
With the scope of the Internet and sites like Newsarama, CBR, the Source etc. (now that I’ve mentioned competitor sites, of course) - couldn’t we work with HERO to figure out a way for me to just give up my boxes and whoever wants them or the issues within to just make a donation to HERO?
Am I over-thinking this?
