This is a chance for everyone who complains about 3.99 to put their money where their mouths are. If everyone goes out and buys this relaunch it will send a message to the other publishers about over pricing. Strange that there has only been one post so far….

It is about time Vampirella returns from the dead! (pun intended) Hopefully this incarnation of Vampy will be more than a T & A Gorefest, like some of the previous versions. Vampirella has alot of potential, and with a good writer and artist it could be great again. At $1.99 I will definately give it a look!

One has to wonder if this pricing scheme will continue past the first issue and, if so, for how long? I would love to see an on-going title at the $1.99 price point but I wonder if there will be a reduction of pages or if this is just a short term promotion. If Untold Tales of Spider-Man proved anything, the price of the comic has nothing to do with the quality.

“Second Coming”? Shouldn’t this rather be “Fifth Coming” or “Tenth Coming”? How many relaunches have there been?

But $1.99 is a great idea. Might test it myself depending on the art team. Curious how long they can keep the prices before Diamond says “No!” to distributing them because they don’t reach their stupid “benchmark”.
