Three great, A-list actors with nerd street cred are all celebrating birthdays today. So let’s all join in and wish happy birthdays to:
Johnny Depp, star of the Pirates of the Caribbean trilogy, Edward Scissorhands, From Hell, and maybe even Sin City 2, turns 46 years old today. But let’s face it, he still doesn’t look a day over 20. We should all be so lucky.
Natalie Portman, who costarred in V for Vendetta, played Queen Amidala in the Star Wars prequels, and had a small part in Tim Burton’s Mars Attacks!, celebrates her 28th birthday. And sorry boys, but she’s still out of your league.
Finally, Michael J. Fox, star of Peter Jackson’s The Frighteners, Mars Attacks!, and the Back to the Future trilogy (as well as stealing the show on this season’s Rescue Me), is 48 years young today.

My brother shares his B-day with some amazing people. (I knew about Mr. Fox, but not about the others.) All I have is Ed Asner.
Also, June 9 is Donald Duck’s “birthday,” i.e. the day he debuted 75 years ago.

Damn you Corey! Now I’m watching one old Sesame Street clip after another. Anyone remember when the Noggin channel was showing old, classic Sesame Streets late at night? I wish they still did. The new stuff just isn’t the same. F*cking Elmo!
