Zenescope Entertainment seems to have landed one heck of a coup, based on the art below:
That’s right, Danger Girl artist and Amazing Spider-Man cover artist J. Scott Campbell, now working on a cover for Zenescope’s new series Escape from Wonderland.
The series follows the journey of Alice Liddle, who fell into a rabbit hole and spent years both building a life — and fighting for it — in the magical realm of Wonderland.

Ye Gods!! I am sooo glad that I had the chance to pick up 1st ‘Wonderland’ HC last year at Zenescope’s booth @ WWE. Good stuff – far exceeded my initial expectations. And, it’s been an addiction since then..

This isn’t that much of a coup because Campbell has done a cover for them before for “Beyond Wonderland”.

My favorite wonderland cover yet.

Wow, now we know why Zenescope can’t afford to pay a bunch of people they owe.

As a huge J. Scott Campbell fan from back in the day, I have to say he is vastly overrated as both a cover artist & an interior artist. He hasn’t brought anything new to the table in a loooong time. I just want to see 12 issues of him doing interiors(and all issues a row).
