I agree that the Mexico story drifted way out there and the book was a real disappointment, but that's just because it had set for itself an unrealistic expectation to live up to. Maybe it was just the poor choice of artist, which didn't fit the type of story well at all (for my tastes). It's rare for me to lose interest so quickly in a title when the writer hasn't changed, but I would've dropped <b>Manhunter</b> in another month or two if it hadn't been put out of its misery.
