And Now, Troy’s Kids on Final Crisis . . .

January 30th, 2009

Connor:  . . . so really, it’s a metaphor for the Information Age and how we digest narrative in terms of absorbing quick bytes of radically reconstructed story, much like we scan and process feed-driven internet communication.

Kyle: Dude, I’m two.

Classic! Those boys are lucky to have such a fun dad:)

  2. Holly G Says:

Dude…you got to get a Flash suit too!
and I wanna see you trick or treating with them!

  3. Troy Brownfield Says:

Holly, when Connor was 2, he was the Wally West Flash for Halloween (wearing the smaller outfit that Kyle has in the picture), and I was Jay Garrick. Becky wore an oversized Flash T-Shirt, as she was 7 months pregnant with Kyle at that point. The idea of “family as Scooby gang” for next year has been floated.

  4. RussBurlingame Says:

Hey, Troy, you gotta dress up as the Black Racer and chase them around for a while to get the picture perfect. But also–if you allow your kids to do nothing but talk and run for seven months, I think someone may call the cops on you.

    Either way, cute picture.

    That’s great.

  6. Ken B. Says:

Do the Captain Marvel family. Make one of the kids Black Adam for extra laughs.

“Aww, look at how cute he is, he couldn’t have possibly killed an entire country.”

  7. Rev. O.J. Flow Says:

For a second I thought that was Barry and Wally. :)
