I was at New Orleans Comic Con and saw this trailer. It blew me away!!!! and I am not a western fan. The character with the mask was my favorite he has all the appeal of the Crow and more. I am a real fan on the Crow and will continue to be but the characters are so well made in this trailer that I am wanting more!!!

As much as I like the Crow I hate the sequels. I mean the sequels could have been so much better if they at least consulted with O’barr. Only O’barr can write a sequel. love your article. that sounded just like me as well. i remember getting lots of memorabelia back in the 90′s. I still have it saved and sealed! The movie is just as good every time I watch it. The remake will likely be just as bad as all the sequels. The original will remain as the only real one….the remake, like the rest, will be forgotten.

Strange. I rewatched The Crow last month as well. It absolutely stands the test of time. I even went out and bought the comic after I rewatched the movie and read that too, just a few weeks ago. Seems like everyone I knew was listening to that soundtrack and had that poster up on their walls back in the day.

Strange timing. I haven’t seen The Crow in years, maybe even close to ten years. In fact, I think the last time I saw the movie was when I rented it — on VHS. So last week I was on Amazon lookin’ for a cheap copy and actually wound up buyin’ a factory sealed VHS copy. It arrived two days ago, and I was just waitin’ for the ‘right’ time to watch it. This post, coupled with the fact that I’m home sick from work today, makes today seem like a good time.

Too bad it’s not raining.

that soundtrack was the first time i heard Thrill Kill Kult. i bought an album after that and it sounded nothing like they did on that album. it had a older rock sound. kind of groovy dance. but damn… i love TKK. got all the albums just about.

oh, and the Crow movie rocked.

I always felt this movie soundtrack was the best I ever heard. Definitely number 1 in the 90s, AFAIC. Nice article about a great movie.
