Bettie Page died yesterday.
Full details on her life before and after her pin-up days are available through several news sources, including Yahoo News HERE, although the Chicago Tribune has a photo slideshow (found HERE for those interested) is also worthy of merit if for no other reason than that it features a pic of Bettie Page from 2006.
Her face, of course, is not shown… but what else would you expect?

True dat on the slideshow… but I mainly included it for the pic of “older” Bettie.
I also discovered that there is one “full” photo of her in her later years, too, though: She allowed herself to be photographed in public at the Playboy 50th Birthday Celebration:

With all the news about Facebook being the supreme social networking blog/site everyone thinks this is the norm.
