Sometimes I worry the next generation won’t know the difference between monkeys and apes: Heidi MacDonald at PW Beat doesn’t help. (But she was pointing readers to some cool Hal Foster Tarzan images, so I guess I’ll forgive her. This time.)
Seriously, this joke will never, ever get old: What would newspaper headline-writers do without the live-action Batman TV show? Probably just go with “It’s a bird! It’s a plane! It’s (blank)!”, I guess.
Admittedly, I’m not your average Shatner fan, but…: I think I would prefer Boston Legal (or Boston Legal-like) comics.
Given that comics based on books seem to range between not very good and just plain awful…: I’ll go ahead and offer MTV.com my own conditional answer. Ahem, “God, I hope not.” (Editor’s Note: Didn’t we cover the same ground that scares Caleb here weeks ago?)

Denny Crane and Alan Shore team up with Guy Gardner and Green Arrow. I’d buy that series.
