Raimi's Spider-Man pictures are some of the least interesting films I've ever seen. Raimi’s Spider-Man pictures are some of the least interesting films I’ve ever seen. Spider-Man 2 was good because it had heart and featured an interesting villain with Dr. Octopus, but Spider-Mans 1 and 3 were boring ventures into tedious examples of great power and blah blah blah.

Get someone who won’t take Spider-Man so seriously and make a FUN movie, not an AWESOME SPECTACLE, but something FUN.
