Jason McNamara and Paige Braddock’s The Martian Confederacy is scheduled to hit stores today, and Jason sent us a few preview pages for folks who might want to “try before they buy.”

I was lucky enough to get a sneak peak at Paige’s fantastic art back at this year’s Stumptown and I’ve been looking forward to reading this book ever since. Now that I have a copy in my hands, I know it was worth the wait. Jason’s sly take on the sci-fi genre paired with Ms. Braddock’s wonderfully expressive pencils makes this one of the picks of the summer.
Also, a tip of the hat to Brian Miller’s colors. He does a really nice job bringing the Martian landscape to life.
