They did the same for David Savard&#039;s &quot;Objectif Monde&quot; in 1999 to mark the 70&#039;s anniversary of Tintin&#039;s creation, making it the first &quot;official&quot; Tintin pastiche!  Moulinsart seems very temperamental as to what they authorize and what they don&#039;t.</description>
