Death of the New Gods seemed even more worthless. DC just seemed to use their readership's loyalty as a cash cow to milk for months on end here. I've already dropped Trinity since it is merely adequate and there are plenty of regular series Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman comics that are at a least as good as Trinity. Countdown did seem to be a big waste of effort and money as it did not lead in to Final Crisis and even seems to contradict it. Death of the New Gods seemed even more worthless.
