Sneak peek: The X-Files #0

July 9th, 2008

DC Comics smartly reaches out to fans of the TV show and movies with this preview of The X-Files #0 at EW.com. The 40-page one-shot, penned by The X-Files writer and producer Frank Spotnitz, is due in stores on July 23 — two days before the opening of The X-Files: I Want to Believe.

I love how the panels above mimic the opening credits of the TV series.

Actually looks pretty good. The artist did a good job on Scully and Mulder’s likenesses.

Something happens and M and S are there the next day? I know the script points this out but it’s “nice” to see Spotnitz hasn’t bothered with little things like story logic.
