His skin tone has a certain watermelon quality to it.

Looks a lot better than that ‘other’ Hulk film though… I wonder what Liv T___r’s agent would make of her name being covered like that! I know it’s trivial, and the poster looks good anyway, can’t wait ferrit.

Well, yes. Watermelons are green and he’s green. My skin has a certain peach quality to it.
If you’re expecting a giant green man to look entirely realistic, then there’s pretty much no way for a Hulk movie to satisfy that. We give Lou Ferrigno a certain amount of slack because of nostalgia, but if you really examine pictures of him he just looks like a body builder painted green.

Has anyone else noticed the “Spider-Man No More” homage on that main Hulk cover?

No. I look at his skin in this pic and think “watermelon”. The variations and striations of green tones here invoke a distinctive texture. If you are in fact giving a knee-jerk reaction to all of the various criticisms about how realistic or unrealistic the CGI is on this character then please address those individual criticisms where they are actually being made.

I guess I can see that, now that you’ve explained it a bit more.
