The guy is a giant green man. WTF do you people expect? Lou Ferrigno in his godawful wig? For all its faults, the Ang Lee Hulk actually had a pretty good rendering of the Hulk except he was a little too bright green. I think the ‘dirtier’ green looks a little more appropriate and organic.

Here’s the deal. When you have a different cast and director it’s inevitable that there will be changes and most people, I know don’t like changes, but some people are willing to give it a try. People have to not just understand, but remember that this is a fictional character and even after 40 plus years of existance, there’s still some mystery to the character, and we have to remember, we might not like the twist and turns that Hollywood puts in these movies, but we should be grateful that the heroes we grown up reading has made it to the big sliver screen. What an honor that is, so this should be a celebration, not something to debate and bash about.

This looks absolutely awful. Norton is completely miscast, and the whole thing looks really cheesy and cheap.

The only positive seems to be Tim Roth.

I think the real problem is that the Hulk actually does look ridiculous and there’s no way around that. He’s gigantic and green. Any version of him is going to rattle some number of people’s sense of reality.

I don’t believe it will be as much of a problem in the actual movie. In a 2 minute trailer we don’t have much time to get swept up in it. Over the course of a movie I often get used to something that seemed weird before. The first time I saw the Matrix, the bullet time effect in the first scene looked dumb. By the end of the movie I was into it.
