My favorite part of the brief Iron Man clip that debuted on Apple’s site this week? One word — “Jarvis.” He isn’t shown, but I’d forgotten he was even in the film, so it was a nice surprise.

    I caught that too when I first saw the clip. Do we know who is playing him?

    I’m pretty sure it’s been mentioned somewhere that Jarvis is the name of the AI that runs Tony Stark’s computer system.

    I suspect Dave’s right. Personally, I’m cool with that - OF COURSE Tony would have an AI butler, and the filmmakers might have been (rightly) concerned that a butler for Stark would have been too reminiscent of Batman.
