Ads of the World showcases a curious campaign by Ogilvy & Mather in Santiago, Chile, for Duende Azul Costumes. The ads, which sport the slogan “Become the One You’ve Always Dreamed Of,” feature mash-ups of Superman and Spider-Man, Spider-Man and Tarzan, and Batman and Mister Fantastic.
That last one disturbs me a little.

Higher box office receipts and Kirsten Dunst?

I’m guessing they don’t have a deal with either Marvel or DC for this. But the ads are in Chile, so I’m not sure if either company would consider this worth fighting over.

I really don’t get it.
And what the hell is up with Spider-Man’s shoulder?
