I was just hoping this might somehow connect to the old "Nowhere Man" TV series from the mid 90's... A fine show that was ahead of its time, and one that few people watched.

I look at a show like Lost which -- deservedly -- has gotten all kinds of accolades and a huge following, and I think that Nowhere Man might've made a much bigger splash if it had only come along later.

As for this other "Nowhere Man," I might check it out. Jackman's projects are hit and miss, and I'm not a Guggenheim fan (When Lost is done I either watch the episode again, or else my TV goes off... No Eli Stone for me), but this sounds like it's at least worth a look.

Even if it is a calculated project being made to become a movie. :-)

The comic book will be probably published as "Hugh Jackman's Nowhere Man".

Jackman's a nice guy and good actor but he also starred in "Van Helsing". That alone makes me question his taste and judgement in any kind of creative endeavor.

It's one thing to agree to star in "The Fountain" because you want to work Aronofsky, it's a whole other thing to star in such schlock and drivel as "Van Helsing".

Wasn't that the original name for Mike Sangiacomo's Epic series? I thought Marvel kiboshed that name for legal reasons.
