“The man credited with single-handedly reviving the concept of rock posters as an art form,” according to Dark Horse’s website, will appear at the Virgin Megastore in San Francisco at 7 p.m. today. Artist Frank Kozik, who now designs toys, will sign copies of his new book, Plasticland.

Okay, I might be remembering this wrong, but I think Coop’s posters caught my eye before Kozik’s. “Single-handed-revival”? I know hyperbole is hyperbole, but man, that’s a little over the top.
