HAHA what the hell is Harry Osborn doing…it looks like he’s reenacting a scene from “Ghost”?
But yeah, this cartoon is showing some promise, I really like the designs (though Spidey’s blue needs to be way darker)…someone please put bootlegs online, my tv doesn’t get channels.

Wow, that drawing of Spidey looks terrible to me. However, I’m willing to bet that it looks a lot better in motion.

Cheeks is top shelf, these look great as usual.

I have to agree with Jason… This looks bloody awful. That screen cap posted Newsarama the other day looked really nice, so I hope the show looks more like that and not like the goofy drawings here. I certainly liked the look of the old 90′s animated series a lot better.
Hopefully the stories will be good. Then again, it’s for Kids WB. I’m guessing it’ll be like The Batman in that it has some cool moments, but is ultimately a watered-down show for the kiddies. Not that kids shouldn’t have stuff to enjoy, but I think many of us are spoiled after Batman: TAS, the better episodes of Supes: TAS, and JL/JLU. We’re looking for stuff on that level, and it’s surprising to see the lack of it on TV these days.
Still, I’ll give it a try and hope for the best.

I love Cheeks. Nice designs.

I like the designs, and the animation looked pretty good in the brief preview I saw, but…oh, god…the webs on the mask still bother me.
I’m sorry! It weakens the chin!
Also, what’s with the mole under Peter’s eye? Artist’s singature?

Cute way of saying, I can’t afford cable, and can’t get network reception.
I loved the old 90s cartoon very much, but seriously, go back and watch one again…the animation and character design is stiff and awkward…it was nice to see a JRSR influenced style, but I don’t think they translated it well, in retrospect.

How many damn Spiderman cartoons do there need to be? You’d think there would be another compelling character in the Marvel canon but I guess webhead and Wolverine are the only two.

Ejulp: I agree that the 90′s cartoon isn’t what it should’ve been. I liked the art much more than the goofy, kiddie style pictured here (sorry, but it looks like something out of Nickelodeon to me, and not good Nickelodeon like Avatar), but the writing left a lot to be desired.
Too many guest stars (and not enough Spidey himself), too many dragged out convoluted storylines (“Return of the Sinister Six: Part 37!”), and Peter’s annoying tendency to talk to himself all drove me to stop watching. I much preferred the more “realistic” dialogue of the DC Timm-verse shows.
I agree with Blake… How many Spidey shows do we need? The fact that none of them ever seem to last terribly long, or supplant people’s memories of the 60′s Spidey show, says something. Maybe this one will be better, but as I said earlier this looks it’ll be geared towards the kiddies. That doesn’t mean it’ll suck, just that I won’t be terribly interested in it. Maybe my daughter will like it.

hmmm.. truthfully the character design of this series is CRAP,I fully agree with Jason M. Bryant that it looks much better in motion and also the animation is really fluid.
