The strip hasn’t been funny since the 80′s. Stick a fork in it.

Skyhawk, this isn’t about Garfield. This is about how much better the Garfield strip becomes if you remove Garfield. And Odie it seems. Muy excellente!

Not quite as funny as the Garfields where his thought balloons are removed, but just as soul crushingly existential.

I just read through those pages and I’m laughing so hard it hurts. From now on I don’t think I’ll be able to read Garfield without thinking that Jon is a crazy guy who doesn’t actually own a pet.

what happened to garfield? is he dead? was he always a figment of Jon’s imagination? i’m confused…

I think Lasagna Cat is creepier…

Rolando, click on the link and read what it says. It’s worth it.

Fantastic – I’m with Jason, in never reading Garfield the same again.

I can’t look at it, Ares. It’s set to private.

That’s some of the funnier stuff I’ve read lately, and some of the funniest Garfield stuff I’ve read in a damn long time.

Ha! I haven’t laughed that hard in a while..
I remember owning a bunch of those stupid books– ‘Garfield Tips the Scales’, ‘Garfield Takes the Cake’, etc. when I was eleven or twelve and not thinking they were funny even then. This, however, is a laff riot.
