On the movie’s blog, director Zack Snyder announces that principal photography has wrapped on Watchmen, and posts a new still featuring Rorschach. SlashFilm and FirstShowing both look at the evolution of the shot, from comic to storyboard to final image.
Watchmen is set to open in March 2009.

I hadn’t heard anything about the recent lawsuit brought against WB. Is this being settled out of court or something? I could be building myself up to big disappointment, but this has the potential to be a great film. Regardless of what Alan Moore thinks.
I loved the movie version of V For Vendetta every bit as much as the comic, and I think this will be great too.
