The Eagle Awards nomination form is online, in beta mode … per the site, you can vote, but “bear in mind that there is a chance that entries will be removed, deleted or may go wrong.” The Eagle Awards have been around for 30+ years and are voted on by fans … kind of The People’s Choice Awards for comics.
